Concrete Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning at a Fresno Housing Property

This was a full exterior cleaning job at a multi-unit housing property in Fresno. The scope covered concrete walkways, balcony corridors, a covered breezeway, and the office windows - both inside and out. A lot of ground to cover, and we got after all of it.

The concrete work alone told the story. The breezeway had staining, scuff marks, and grime built up across the full length of the floor. That kind of buildup doesn't just look bad - it makes a property feel neglected, and tenants notice. After we ran the pressure washer through, the difference was night and day. Clean slabs, no residue, no staining left behind.

The window cleaning was just as important. Large floor-to-ceiling panels on the office building got treated inside and out. Streaky, dusty glass does a lot of damage to how a space feels - both from the outside looking in and from the inside looking out. Once those panels are clean, natural light actually works the way it's supposed to.
