With so many weekend warrior pressure washing companies out there it was tough finding one that stood out. So when I came a across States Cleaning Services he immediately presented himself as a professional. Educated me on the process as well. I had christian and his team pressure wash my driveway, softwash the exterior of my house, softeash my tile roof, clean and brighten my gutters, since he was already up on the roof had him clean my 30 panels of solar. Exceptional work. Honest prices. A+ recommend to family and friends.
Amazing work I had them clean my solar panels, and added my concrete to get pressure washed, I have not cleaned for over 4 years and they left all of my concrete and solar clean again!

Very pleased with Christian! We received a non renewal letter from our homeowners insurance company for moss, algae, mold, & mildew on our roof and contacted States Cleaning Service and they came out a few days later and did a fantastic job on our roof and cleaned up very well afterwards.
Awesome service! I needed my carport cleaned for an up coming party. Christian was able to fit us in between jobs on a weekend. Pictures are before and after, not sure they show just how dirty it was and how clean he got it.

I had Chris do my driveway and the walkway to my front door. It looked old and dingy before, and after he was finished, the concrete looked like brand new. Chris’s whole operation looked very professional. He was on time and finished when he said he would. I would highly recommend him.

States Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my garage and driveway. My son and his friends do car maintenance at my house (I guess I have the best tools lol), and after a while, the oil stains and tire tracks got to be too much. A friend of mine referred me to States, and Chris came out and made my concrete look like new. I’ll definitely use them again.
